Gautam Buddha University, Gr. Noida , recently organized a one-day long blood donation camp put up in association with Rotary Club within the University premises.
The donors, who were very enthusiastic to associate themselves with such a noble cause, went through a series of medical checkups before donating blood and were applauded for their participation with a certificate of appreciation.
“I appreciate the efforts put in by our Social Service Cell, in organising this event and am thankful to the Rotary Club Gurgaon for giving the University an opportunity to be part of such a noble cause,” said Prof PanwarHe further added, “the university has been conducting such events regularly with the desire to inculcate the feeling of responsibility towards the society among its students. Our faculty also participates in such events to boost the morale of students,”
A confidential blood test report and a DONOR’s card was also provided to each donor by Rotary Blood Bank, the country's largest and most modern blood bank with state-of-art technologies and service.
